I will give you an approximation of the price

If you're ok with it I'll show you at least two sketches. You can still ask to change some details or the whole design at this point.

Once the sketch is approved you get a set price and I will start your commission after payment.

You will be updated regularly until your commission is done.

Commissions are for Personnal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

Personnal Use includes: profile pictures, banners, wallpaper, personnal print, ttrpg...

Personnal Use does not includes: promotional material, merchandise, resell, company logo,...

I reserve the right to decline commissions.

All commissions are protected with Glaze and Nightshade.

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.

Paypal or bank transfer, but I'm open to others (to be discussed)

All payments are in Euros (€)

A fee of 50 € applies if you request that a do not use Glaze and Nighshade.

Revisions are free for 3 weeks after payment. Past this delay, additionnal revisions cost 5 € each paid before I continue.

Any errors on my part are always free and will be corrected at no cost.

Once the final is approved, no futher changes can be made.

Commissions take 1 month after the first payment.

If you wish for a shorter deadline the fee will be 30 €.

I will keep you updated if delays occur.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purshasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to: Promote myself and my services. Post on my social media and my portfolio.

Exceptions: If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

I may cancel and fully refund a commission any time.

You may cancel before the payment is made.

Full refunds are not available unless I'm canceling your commission.

Once purchased, adoptables cannot be refunded.

No chargeback. Filling a chargeback will: Forfeit your right to use the artwork. Place you on a public blacklist. Results in a formal complaint against you.

You may: Use the artwork for personal purposes (unless commercial rights are purchased). Print the art for yourself. For adoptable: make and/or commission art of the character.

You may NOT: Use the artwork commercially without permission. Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me. Remove signature/watermark. Resell or redistribute the artwork. Modify the artwork without consent. Use artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, company logo, NFTs or commercial project. Feed the artwork to AI.

The terms above apply to adoptables.

You can resell/gift/trade adopts you own but you cannot ask for more than what you paid for, unless there's added art.

All adopts have an toyhouse page that will be transfered to you if you have an account. If not, I will keep the design on my profile with your name as owner.

You may not delete their toyhouse profile. If you want to delete your account, transfer the character back to me. You will keep the ownership.

Name, age, bio, ect... are up to the owner. Have fun!

Breaking these rules may result in a permanent blacklist.

The blacklist will be shared with other artists.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
